Humor and Love Go Hand in Hand

I was able to meet this lovely couple on a chilly yet sunny morning down in Carmel, CA early October. Although fall had just set in with the fog rolling through and the sun just barely peeking over the mountains, there was also a very serene feeling about the morning. This was also the first time meeting this couple and what can I say: they completely compliment each other! Both are hilarious! (As well as their cousin, my friend, who helped guide the shoot).

In no time at all these two were naturals in front of the lens! Daniel's funny faces and quirkiness kept the session light hearted and interesting. Divina's piercing smize and confidence kept us all on track. And with the two of them inter-weaving their personalities, I really think we were able to get some money shots in our short time together!

I loved how they chose a spot that had sentimental value to them, it allows for them to really connect with their surroundings, which also helps me draw inspiration too. I really loved the golden tones all around us with the stark contrast of the blue water and blue sky beyond it. It was such a beautiful morning!
